A fixed stop is a designated pick-up or drop-off point within the town's geo-fence. Instead of door-to-door service, riders walk to the nearest stop, which makes routes safer, faster, and more predictable.
A geo-fence is the mapped boundary of the town area where Kruza operates. All approved stops sit inside this boundary, and one token covers one ride between any two stops within it.
Kruza Rands are digital tokens you purchase in the app. One token equals one ride to any approved stop inside the geo-fence. No cash changes hands during the trip. In the app, that ride is priced at R50.
Yes. Each Kruza Rand covers a single ride from one fixed stop to another within the same town geo-fence.
Local venues — restaurants, bars, shops, attractions — can register as paid destinations. They pay a fee per drop-off and in return get listed as an official Kruza stop, featured in the app, and promoted through local marketing.
Kruza is rolling out town by town. Pre-register as a rider or apply as a franchise partner so the towns with the most demand can be prioritised.
